We love Riesling - every staff party generally begins with a bottle of it. White stone fruit, a litany of citrus and that slate signature we adore. Bone dry with a decent lick of texture.
We're blessed to have one of the great Riesling regions in the world nearby in the Clare Valley, one of the most consistently undervalued wines from any region in Australia. This is our inaugural Polish Hill River Riesling, farmed by the wonderful Jaeschke family and the team at Hill River Estate, who are converting to biodynamics. A sublime example of the style. Grab some before we drink it all.
