There's something so bloody captivating about this wine, an ineffable quality to it. Clare is known for its eucalyptus herbaceous signature, and that shows in a unique way here. This is the most 'sour cherry' Nero we make, but with a jubey, green edge - think shiso leaf. Beautifully balanced acidity with a super fine-grained, slatey structure. A distinctly unique Australian Nero d'Avola. Best enjoyed with food cooked over coals.
