Fiano fans, rejoice! Shines with bright kiwi, pineapple and a touch of yuzu. Less tropical this year thanks to cool weather - a ripper wine! The 'drink now' Fiano in our Untamed range, with great pineapple tang and lime zest over a slatey, clean-edged finish.
The most popular of the single-vineyard Fianos we make, from the 'Unico' Block in Polish Hill River. Bright pineapple, kiwi, custard apple and lime oil with a yuzu vibe. Drought-hardy and disease-resistant - exactly why we love the variety. This is the Unico Zelo "Desert Island" wine.
