Ever had a wine that tastes like you're drinking a laser? Well, we've made one. The acid is thrilling, crackling and ready to burst out of the bottle. Texturally it's on point: all grapefruit pith, pineapple, guava, kaffir lime and jasmine tea, with pristine citrus qualities and a clean, mean mineral structure. One of our finest examples of Fiano yet.
The epic vineyards we source this from are just around the corner from our Gumeracha winery in Birdwood - the Fiano was grafted over from Sauvignon Blanc back in 2015. Less waxy than some of the others in the range, which really suits this leaner style.
