Apple Pie Shine from Melbourne Moonshine is a traditional moonshine hand-made from two different types of Australian apples that are cold pressed. The fresh juice is then blended with triple-distilled moonshine. The process takes whole fruit to delicious booze in less than 24 hours. A carefully selected blend of spices including cinnamon and nutmeg is steeped in the Apple Pie Shine over a number of weeks, slowly extracting the nuanced flavours of homemade apple pie. Bottled at an approachable 30% ABV, which leaves a delicious warmth on the palate. Mixed perfectly with a ginger beer and lime wedge or consumed neat, surrounded by friends, whilst singing off-key.
