Melbourne Moonshine
Founded by two engineers with a passion for distilling, Melbourne Moonshine began in a Carlton garage where traditional American moonshine techniques were passed down from South Carolina-born Mr. B to Mr. A. In 2015, the pair launched their first distillery in a South Melbourne warehouse, producing handcrafted moonshine and unaged grain spirits. As demand grew, they expanded into liqueurs and white spirits, building a loyal following. After years of refining their craft, they established a new distillery in Melbourne's inner north and reintroduced our signature sippin’ shine as our hero liquid. The Apple Pie Shine is an authentic, character-filled spirit inspired by the American South and distilled in bespoke copper stills.
