A 100% Tasmanian vodka made by the light of the moon. We take the best locally grown malted barley, and mill, mash, ferment, triple distill and charcoal filter it in our small, hand-built copper pot still. We like to think of our Moonshine as concentrated nocturnal light.
It has a slight viscosity with traces of crisp apple and notes of warm buttery, biscuit and barley's sweet-molasses. Delicious in cocktails or sipped neat.
