This gin is a unique collaboration between award-winning Japanese restaurant Kisumé and Saint Felix Distillery.
‘Kisumé’ means ‘a pure obsession with beauty’ and this obsession was harnessed when the two teams got together. The challenge was to design a gin that best reflected the ethos of Kisumé while pairing perfectly with their elegant menu. The result is a bright, citrus forward Japanese inspired gin.
Tasting: Citrus notes on the nose and palate with a hint of pepper on the finish Botanicals: Juniper, shiso, white grapefruit and yuzu leaf.
