Perfumed and silky, think strawberries and cream. Bright red berries and raspberry glide across the palate, supported by gentle spice and soft, velvety tannins.
Aged for 22 months in seasoned Hungarian and French oak barrels. The oak sits quietly in the background, letting the fruit take centre stage while adding texture and length. No fining. No added acid or sugar. Unfiltered. Suitable for vegans.
