A bold fruit-infused gin inspired by memories of the classic summertime dessert — fruity and fun, just like a pavlova but with the advantage of gin.
Bright and fruity, bursting with fresh passionfruit. A beautiful floral passionfruit and juniper nose leads to a gentle fruit sweetness, elevated with zesty fresh passionfruit and lime and the velvety texture of distilled cream. Reminiscent of a tropical pavlova. Makes a delicious tropical G&T paired with tonic and a wedge of lime, or with soda water, lime and mint.
