A limited release — our Hearts Afire gin matured in re-coopered French oak ex red and white wine barrels and lifted by a maceration of warm sweet spices and honey.
A rich matured gin that fills the palate with warming spices balanced against sweetness and rich oaky vanilla flavours. Either sip and savour over ice, or enjoy as a long drink with ginger beer or fresh apple juice and soda. Makes a delicious spiced G&T with an aromatic tonic water.
