The second release in the single barrel series — an un-filtered, truly original whisky with atypical characteristics. The pure malt new make spirit, double distilled on site, spent a short time in small re-coopered French oak 20L barrels.
Nose: soft stone fruits with warm vanilla and subtle spice. Palate: sweet, buttery, jammy malt character balanced against warm spiced chocolate and vanilla. Finish: long, sweet, oily yet refreshing, with toasted malt, chocolate and vanilla. Ideal for a Whisky Sour.
