We then blend this base Rum with our delicious Coconut Rum at around 4\/1 ratio. Then we finished it with our own pineapple oleo saccharum syrup - bright, aromatic, and just sweet enough to pull everything together. The result? Lush pineapple up front. A classic style of rum, it was rich and flavoursome, aged in all ex-whiskey casks. When ready, it would be transported to George Fesq’s warehouse for bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe haven’t attempted to recreate this Rum, exactly, but have used it as a reference for the ongoing journey of Red Mill.
