Red Mill is a producer of Rums in the historic harbour-front of White Bay, Sydney. First made in 1933, it was once the most popular Rum label in Sydney. It was reborn in 2020 by David Fesq, the great grandson of the original founder. We make a range of contemporary Rums, all suited to life in Sydney. The magic of Red Mill is the one-of a-kind barrel program, including are and unique barrels sourced from around the world. All Rums matured by Red Mill from the day they come off the still. Blended and bottled on site, only when ready.
